ALTER-SNORT: VERSION 1 BUGFIX

a small patch that fixes a few issues.

Most notably, Players could get soft locked by talking to Hugo again when he leaves in chapter 4,

being able to dash during the Prison cutscene, 

I've made "Jake's gun" more powerful as well.
